When it comes to being on the spotlight of the media, in the world of football it’s usually the forwards or the more offensive players the one that receive all the attention as well as the praise and there are other positions in the game which don’t receive as much praise or attention.
While Olivier Giroud and MesutOzil are out in the offensive lines taking charge of the attacking duties of Arsenal, PetrCech is on the other side of the pitch doing what needs to be done in order to keep his team from conceding goals and even though it’s been less than 1 year since Cech signed for Arsenal for a transfer fee of only €10 million, he has already made a colossal impact in the team.

Having begrudgingly sold Petr Cech to Arsenal in the summer, Chelsea fans were left wondering just how much of a blow it would be to the club to lose such an influential member of their squad. While there weren't many who could argue when Thibaut Courtois replaced Cech as first-choice keeper following Jose Mourinho's return to the club, selling the 33-year-old to a fellow title rival didn't go down well with all Chelsea fans despite the arrival of Asmir Begovic from Stoke.

Didier Drogba is not going to sign for the Ligue 1 club Olympique De Marseille.
The striker himself ruled out the possibility of that in an interview to an Ivorian channel yesterday.
According to Drogba, Marseille has no ambition at this point in time and he can’t go to such a club. He likes working on some sort of project and he would not get that at Stade Velodrome.
Drogba had spent a solitary season in Marseille shirts in 2004-05 and had been quite successful there finding the net as many as 19 times.

Chelsea’s PetrCech is in a tough position as the veteran Czech shot-stopper has had to settle with a place on the sidelines of the Premier League club and watch how a younger version of him takes center stage.
PetrCech has already proved in countless occasions that he still has what it takes to play a very high level as he was used in Chelsea’s Premier League match against Everton which was played on February 11 at Stamford Bridge but the Czech goal-keeper is eager on making more appearances on a consistent basis instead of only being selected in a few matches.

Roma’s game plan for the match against Bayern Munich was essentially a defensive one. They chose such a strategy to avoid a horrible defeat like the one they suffered in the match against the same opponent two weeks ago at Allianz Arena. Roma lost 7-1 against Bayern Munich in that match.
